As our nurses are qualified Nurse Prescribers, they are able to prescribe medication to you under the supervision of the GPs.
Robin is our Practice Manager and has responsibility for the day to day management of the Surgery and its staff. He is also available to help answer any specific queries that you may have or to assist in the solution of any problems and complaints that may arise. He is contactable on 686961 or by email@example.com.
They are your first point of contact with our practice and they will try and meet all your requirements efficiently and courteously. They have a busy and difficult job so we would appreciate your co-operation in providing them with the information they request.
We will not tolerate any abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour to any of our staff and this will result in the patient being removed from the Surgery list with immediate effect.
The Practice has a team of District Nurses who are contactable by telephoning 656033. If they are not available, you may leave a message on their answerphone and they will return your call as soon as possible. It is helpful if you are requesting a visit from the District Nurse to ensure that you contact them before 10:00.
The Practice has an attached Health Visitor who has an office on the premises. She can be contacted on 686962. Our Health Visitor specialises in family health care, child care and health promotion.
